What is the turn time to repair my broken device?
We will have your device repaired and delivered back to you within 24 to 72 hours depending on your location.
What is the warranty for repaired devices?
One year for repairs using original parts. For repairs using non-original parts we offer a 30 day warranty. Need more information you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Does Fixify repair broken devices outside of Spain?
At this time we only offer repairs through our online scheduling tool in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If you live outside Spain and need our repair services you can contact us at email@example.com for more information.
What if I don´t see my repair needed on the website?
If you don´t see the model or repair option needed for your broken device you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information to get your device repaired and back to you. We do our best to offer a wide range of services to our valued clients, but there are brands, models and repairs that we may need to order parts for.
How do I pay for the service?
All payments are collected through our online scheduling tool with a bank card. If for some reason you don´t have a bank card to make the payment you can contact us at email@example.com to discuss another method of payment.
What if my device can´t be repaired or there are more repair services needed once you receive it?
If for any reason your broken device can´t be repaired we will contact you immediately via email to inform you. We will also refund you the payment received minus any service and courier fees. If your device is received by us and is in need of additional repairs we will notify you directly through email and explain the services needed and send you the link to remit the additional payment. If you decide not to repair the device we will mail it back to you in the same condition it was received and refund you the payment minus any service and courier fees.
